We will replace any faulty or damaged product. We cannot refund for any product received in good condition but exchange can be made with additional delivery charge.
Payment
The site has been set up to take payments securely online via PayPal which accepts all major credit/debit cards. If you would prefer to pay by cheque, please send by post with your order.
Delivery Time
Sarah Stillman Designs is a small family run business and as of yet is unable to keep large quantities of stock. If your item is currently in stock we will deliver your product within 3 to 5 working days. If your item needs to be ordered delivery time may be 10 to 14 days. We will endeavour to keep you informed about the status of your order via email.
